A Sybian machine is a device used by women and some men for autoerotic purposes and sexual arousal. It usually combines a vibrator and a dildo with a kind of saddle. It is designed to stimulate both the clitoris and the G-spot, presumably producing more intense orgasms than the user might otherwise be able to experience.
The manufacturer built a prototype in 1985 out of sheet metal on a wood frame. Initially called the "Master Better," the device was renamed after Sybaris, an ancient Greek city in southern Italy known as a center of luxurious living.
