The Keys of the Kingdom is a 1944 film which tells the story of a young priest who struggles to establish a mission in China. It stars Gregory Peck, Thomas Mitchell, Vincent Price, Rose Stradner, Roddy McDowall, Edmund Gwenn, Philip Ahn, Cedric Hardwicke and Peggy Ann Garner.

The movie was adapted by Nunnally Johnson and Joseph L. Mankiewicz from the novel by A.J. Cronin. It was directed by John M. Stahl.

It was nominated for Academy Awards for Best Actor in a Leading Role (Gregory Peck), Best Art Direction-Interior Decoration, Black-and-White, Best Cinematography, Black-and-White and Best Music, Scoring of a Dramatic or Comedy Picture.
