Toronto Vote 2000 was the name that the City of Toronto, of Toronto, Ontario dubbed the massive election held in 2000. Elections were held for each of the Megacity of Toronto's 44 wards to decide councillors, Toronto District School Board trustees were elected for each of their 22 sections (each comprising of two city wards), Toronto Catholic District School Board trustees in 12 sections each comprised of two to six city wards, and for the three sections of Conseil scolaire de district du Centre-Sud-Ouest, and two Conseil scolaire de district catholique Centre-Sud sections.
