Several ships of the United States Navy have been named USS Hancock, in honor of patriot and statesman John Hancock.

- The second Hancock was a sailing frigate of the American Revolutionary War, captured by the British in 1777.
- The third Hancock was taken over by the Navy from the War Department in 1902, and used as a transport until 1925.
- The fourth Hancock (CV-19) was an aircraft carrier in service from 1944 to 1976.
