A West Bank wall or fence constructed by Israel snakes its way through much of the West Bank, intended to curb the incursion of militants and terrorists into Israel.
It is 25 feet high.
The wall is seen variously as an essential condition for Israeli security or a "dead end" on the road map proposed by the U.S. to resolve the Arab-Israeli conflict.
