Some home games may not recognize this as a valid straight, but this exception to common practice is not recommended. This is also the best possible hand in Ace-to-five low poker. The origin of the name is unknown, but it is believed to have something to do with the popular bicycle-patterned playing cards issued by the United States Playing Card Company.
