When Harry Met Sally (1989) is a film written by Nora Ephron, and directed by Rob Reiner. The romantic comedy stars Billy Crystal as Harry and Meg Ryan as Sally. The film follows the relationship of Harry and Sally from the time they meet on a shared car ride fom the University of Chicago to New York through their many years of friendship in New York City.

The film is best known for a scene with the two title characters having lunch in a diner where they are arguing about the ability of women to fake orgasms. To prove her point, Sally vividly (but fully clothed) demonstrates the skill as other diners watch. The woman at the end of that scene with the line "I'll have what she's having," is director Reiner's mother. The scene has spawned a succession of parodies, notably in television advertising.
