Bluff is a town at the bottom of the South Island of New Zealand, about a 30 kilometres drive south of Invercargill. Bluff is famous in New Zealand for its oysters, and the fact it is the southern-most settlement on the New Zealand mainland. (The southern-most point of the South Island is Slope Point, over an hour's drive to the east.)
