She met Adolf Hitler in 1930 when she was an assistant to Hitler's court photographer. Braun is considered by historians as a woman of limited intelligence who offered Hitler total devotion and submission. In 1936 she entered his household and became his mistress. Hitler married her on April 29, 1945 and they committed suicide together the following day in Hitler's last headquarters, the Führerbunker, in Berlin. This article is from Wikipedia.
