Life Is Peachy is
Korn's second album. The album was released on
October 15,
1996 through Immortal/
Epic Records. It was produced by
Ross Robinson who also produced their debut album,
Korn.
"Lowrider" is a cover of the song by the band War, with vocals by guitarist "Head". "Porno Creep" is the band's only instrumental to date (though an uncredited instrumental of "Twist" features as a hidden track on the album), taking the style of the wah drenched pseudo-funk music which features on the soundtracks of many 1970s porn movies. "K@#%!" is a song with many obscene lyrics written as a joke to spite radio censors. "Wicked" is a cover of Ice Cube's song, performed by Chino Moreno of Deftones. Both bands had played together several times, with Moreno performing the song with Korn on these occasions.
