Main Page | See live article | Alphabetical index Mark Eyskens (born April 29, 1933) is a Belgian economist and politician. He was born in Leuven and is the son of viscount Gaston Eyskens. He was a minister several times and became prime minister on April 6, 1981. His government quickly collapsed on December 17, due to disagreements on the financing of the Walloon steel industry.
