Repo Man is a 1984 cult film produced by Michael Nesmith, directed by Alex Cox, starring Emilio Estevez ("Otto") and Harry Dean Stanton ("Bud").

Otto, a young alienated punk, gets a job with a vehicle reposession agency and partners with Bud, his mentor, in searching for an automobile which, unknown to them, contains something mysterious and powerful in its trunk.

The soundtrack features now-classic punk rock tracks by Black Flag, the Circle Jerks, Suicidal Tendencies and others.

Moments to watch:

A main character in Repo Man was a designer of the neutron bomb: "Ever heard of the neutron bomb? Kills people, leaves buildings standing - so small, it fits in a suitcase, no one knows it is there and then blammo - eyes melt, skin explodes, everybody dies. It's so immoral working on the thing could drive you mad."

Miller, a mechanic working for the reposession company, refuses to learn to drive. "The more you drive, the less intelligent you are."

Food and beverages throughout the movie appear in white cans with blue labels reading "food" and so on.
