Slaine (pronounced 'slan-yeh') is a comic book hero from the pages of 2000 A.D - one of Britain's most popular comic books.

Slaine's adventures are based upon many of the popular Celtic myths and stories. Slaine was created by writer Pat Mills and artist Mike McMahon. The three-volume epic Slaine the Horned God is generally regarded as the strip's high point, and was painted by the popular artist Simon Bisley, launching his long career.

There is also a role playing game setting based on the comic book series.
