West Maas en Waal (population: 18,310) is a municipality in the eastern Netherlands, in the province of Gelderland. The municipality covers an area of 85.84 km² (of which 4.34 km² water).

It is named after the Maas en Waal rivers.

The municipality of West Maas en Waal consists the following towns, villages and townships: Alphen, Altforst, Appeltern, Beneden-Leeuwen, Boven-Leeuwen, Dreumel, Maasbommel, Wamel.
